Lady of Worms

While deciding on which nightmare to illustration for my contribution to Rue Morgue's Nightmare Gallery, I did research into nightmare imagery. This one in particular jumped out at me and I immediately knew that I wanted to illustrate it no matter what: worms errupting through your skin.
